Step 2 – Processing and Due Diligence

Once you accept our cash offer, a purchase agreement will be faxed or emailed to you for your signature. Once we receive the signed purchase agreement and complete our due diligence, a date will be set for funding. Our goal is to complete the entire process as fast as possible.  

Step 3 – Closing and Funding

The closing procedure is designed to be as simple and swift as possible. Funding is electronic so all correspondence will be by phone, email, overnight mail or fax. For this reason some of our clients prefer to work through their local Title Company and close the transaction at their local office for additional peace of mind.
